Our traditional stone winemaker's house is in the beautiful medieval village of Laurens in a quiet location close to the historic market towns of Pezenas, Beziers and Bedarieux. Vineyards, rivers and beautiful sandy beaches provide a wealth of opportunities for a warm sun-soaked holiday. Only 30 minutes from Beziers Airport

Our house is ideal for families or groups alike because of the space it offers both inside and out together with its great location. The village of Laurens is away from the commercial coastal areas but still within an easy drive of all the attractions and sights. The downstairs was converted in 2010 from a large winegrower's garage space in to a large open plan living space, additional ground floor bedroom, kitchen, and utility room. Upstairs there are two large bathrooms and four double bedrooms. There are also additional single beds in two rooms that adjoin the master bedrooms suitable for families or teenagers.
All mod cons
The house has plenty of traditional French charm but is well equipped with all mod cons (TV, telephone, Wifi, Electric heating, wood burner). Off road parking at front.The village has two bakers, a butcher, a grocery store, two eateries, a small market on Thursdays and a couple of vans that come on different evenings with pizza and kebabs. If you don't want to leave the poolside for the whole holiday there is no need!
Private garden and pool
Unusually for a French village house, there is a large established garden and lawn which is wonderful for relaxing, together with a large level patio area next to the house ready for al fresco dining. If you're a sun worshipper you may find you prefer to lie on a sun bed beside the pool ready to cool off at regular intervals sipping a plastic glass of the local fizz as the sun finally cools down!
